Space Owners Q&A
At this time, once a booking has been submitted by the client it cannot be edited (i.e. number of spaces, hours, days, etc.). If the client or venue manager needs to make adjustments to the booking, the booking will need to be cancelled and the request submitted with the updates by the Picnic Entity Support.

When a client makes a booking at your venue, Picnic Entity collects the booking fees in advance on your behalf. As part of Picnic Entity refund policy, no refund can be issued after the start time of the booking. If a client does not arrive for their booking and it was reserved and paid for in full, Picnic Entity will payout the venue as per our Terms of Service.
The venue, in its sole discretion, may offer the client an alternate day to use their booking. Please note that any agreements made with the client outside of the Picnic Entity booking system cannot be supported by Picnic Entity.
You can update the details of an existing venue by submitting the details here.
People require different things from their workspaces. Some may be looking for a budget-friendly way of getting out of their home office and into a more sociable work environment. Others may be looking a place to meet with clients and make an excellent impression.
Taking this into consideration, we created ‘Space categories’ to help streamline a marketplace user’s search for the perfect venue for them. This means that during the space review process, our team sorts each approved space into one of the categories available.
You can request for a Space to be deleted by contacting us here.
You can request for a Space to be temporarily hidden or removed by contacting us here.
It is absolutely free to showcase your space with us.
We reserve the ability to directly upload images for Picnic Entity admins. However, you can submit your images for review while you submit your space details here.
We review spaces based on several criteria, including the following basic requirements to be published on Picnic Entity:
- Fully furnished office space
- Bright and clean workspaces
- High speed internet access
- Access to a meeting room (make sure to list at least one on your marketplace listing)
- Quality photos of the venue and space
We review each listing carefully for accuracy and make sure to verify all of the details, including:
- Contact information
- Location
- Photos
- Amenities and other specified qualities
Note: If your venue is not published, it did not match all of the criteria outlined above.
Picnic Entity offers their service worldwide. Anyone from anywhere can submit their space and and anyone from anywhere can book or reserve a space with us.
There are a few reasons why your venue may be hidden from the marketplace:
- Venue listing is not complete. Before you can submit your venue for review, you need to complete 100% of your profile and submit it for review.
- Venue listing requires updates. If you have submitted your venue for review, the Picnic Entity team may require updates. Please check your email regularly after your submission or contact us for more information.
- Unresponsive to booking requests. Picnic Entity may hide your venue if your admins do not respond to booking requests within 24 hours. We do this to ensure the contact information for your venue is correct and to ensure that booking requests will receive a prompt response. If this happens, please ensure that you are responding to booking request emails. You will also need to contact us to reactivate your public venue listing.
- You haven’t submitted images for your venue.
To find out more about our booking cancellation policy, visit here.
When a client books your space, Picnic Entity will collect the payment upfront on your behalf. This payment will be sent to you after 24 hours to confirm booking and so as to allocate the period for a booker to cancel a booking and get refunded if the cancellation is made within the first 24 hours after booking is made.
Spaces are required to have proper insurance to cover them from theft and damage of renters.
As with any office space, clients who leave valuables at a venue do so at their own risk. Picnic Entity does not cover clients or venues in the case of theft or damages. Picnic Entity will cooperate with local authorities in the case of any investigation.
